Order Process: We process orders recieved prior to 6 PM Sunday thru Thursday for shipping the following business day. No shipments go out on Saturday or Sunday unless special shipping instructions have been agreed to in advance. International orders will incur additional shipping charges other than those reflected on the order page.
Returns: If your order arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it and pay for the return shipment of the defect. If the LightFlurries is used for the weeks of the holiday season and then returned, (yes it is tried) we don't take it back for refund. If your LightFlurries is hit by an errant soccer ball, replacement parts can be purchased separately.
Payments: We except all the major credit cards, and will process mail-in payments. However, mail in payments must clear before we ship.
Ideas: DO NOT SEND us or anyone else your ideas for new products until you and I have a non-disclosure agreement in place. Light Flurries does sponsor new product development of individual's original ideas through the entire process. If we are not interested in your product, we probably know someone else that is...
